All orders placed with Petal&Post are subject to these terms and conditions:

Pricing: Our prices are inclusive of VAT and include a delivery fee, only within the areas listed on the website.

Delivery Information: It is the senders responsibility to provide us with the correct delivery address. Please carefully check the address before ordering as we cannot guarantee redelivery or a refund in the event of an incorrect address. If the incorrect address is given and we are unable to deliver the posy, a redelivery fee (the shipping amount) will be charged to redeliver the following business day. If the recipient or someone on their behalf is unable to receive the posy at the given address, a redelivery fee (the shipping amount) will be charged to redeliver the following business day.

Posy Subscriptions: Subscription Posies may not be the Posy of the day displayed on our website. Should you wish to cancel your subscription before the third Posy delivery, you will be charged for the remaining 2 Posies, as 3 Posies is the minimum order requirement to qualify for the subscription price.

Delivery days: We operate five days each week – Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday. You are more than welcome to order a Posy in advance.

Flowers in Today’s Posy: You won’t know what is going to go into the day’s Posy until each morning’s visit to the flower market. Unlike a traditional florist, we arrange just one style of Posy each day using the freshest seasonal blooms available.

Ordering: Orders placed before 1pm will be delivered between 11am and 5:00pm.

Delivery times: We aim to deliver between 11am – 5:00pm, but our delivery times may not be precise and, unfortunately, cannot be guaranteed. To ensure that you receive our posies in the best possible condition, we aim not to deliver to your door but to a person at your door. Therefore, please provide an address at which you are certain that there will be someone to receive the posy on arrival. If the Posy is left at the door we hold no responsibility for theft or the condition of the Posy once it is received.

We are also unable to guarantee specific delivery times as our drivers go via the most efficient route on the day, which helps keep the price of our flowers down. If you have a reasonable time request, please include it in the special delivery instructions in an email to us and we will do our best to accommodate. Keep in mind our Delivery Team leaves from Salt River at 1pm and have multiple deliveries.

Posy Care: It is important to put your flowers in water as soon as possible. Remove any greenery from stems so that no leaves will be submerged, then trim each stem at an angle. Keep your flowers in a cool spot, away from direct sunlight, fireplaces or heaters and the fruit bowl. Change the water and re-trim the stems every two days. Flowers thrive in ice water!

Signature Posy Food: Each Posy comes with a bottle of Petal&Post Posy Food. Please decant the entire bottle into a 1 litre vase for best results.

Complaints: In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with the state of your Posy please contact us via email hello@petalsandpost.co.za with your order reference number within 12 hours of receiving your item. Refunds will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
