Returns & Refunds
At Petal&Post, we take pride in the quality and freshness of our flowers. We carefully select and deliver every posy to ensure your experience is as delightful as possible.
Freshness Guarantee
Most of our flowers are delivered in bud form, allowing them to last longer in your home. We understand that occasionally, flowers may not meet our high standards. If you receive flowers that appear less than fresh, please contact Claire (claire@petalandpost.co.za) directly to let us know.
At our discretion, if the flowers do not meet our freshness standards, we will offer one of the following options:
– A free replacement delivered on the next available delivery date
– A full refund
– A discount code for your next purchase
How to Request a Refund or Replacement
To be eligible for a refund, replacement, or discount, please follow these steps:
1. Email us at [insert email] within 24 hours of receiving your flowers.
2. Include a clear photo of the affected stems showing the issue.
Once your request is approved, refunds will be processed within three (3) business days. Please allow 5–10 working days for the refund to reflect in your account.
Returns Policy
Due to the perishable nature of flowers, we are unable to accept returns of posies. Our commitment to quality means that we offer refunds, replacements, or discount codes only if flowers are delivered below an acceptable standard, as detailed above.
Refunds for International Payments via SnapScan
Please note that SnapScan does not currently allow merchants to refund payments made from international bank accounts.
If your payment was made via SnapScan from an international account, we are unable to process the refund back to that account. Instead, we can process a refund via Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) to a South African bank account.
To receive your refund this way, please provide:
– Your full name
– Bank name
– Branch code
– Account number
By using the SnapScan International Card as a payment method, customers acknowledge these limitations regarding refunds.
